  • Identity Verification: To generate ID cards with QR codes for access control.
  • Access Management: To manage entry to sessions, food areas, VIP zones, and kit distribution via QR scanning.
  • Communications: To send event-related notifications via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, including registration confirmations, session reminders, and certificate delivery.
  • Certificates: To generate and deliver personalized participation and appreciation certificates.
  • Analytics: To generate anonymized event statistics and attendance reports for organizers.
  • Engagement: To facilitate interactive sessions including polls, quizzes, Q&A, and lucky draws.

  • Event Organizers: Conference organizers and authorized administrators have access to registration and attendance data for event management purposes.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services for email delivery (Mailjet/Gmail SMTP), SMS (MSG91), WhatsApp messaging (Meta WhatsApp Cloud API), image hosting (Cloudinary), and file storage (AWS S3). These providers process data solely on our behalf.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure password hashing for administrator accounts
  • OTP-based authentication for delegate access

We retain your personal information for the duration of the conference and for a reasonable period thereafter for administrative purposes, certificate re-issuance, and compliance with legal obligations. 8. WhatsApp Messaging

We use the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to send event-related notifications to registered delegates. Messages include registration confirmations, session reminders, and certificate delivery notifications. By providing your phone number during registration, you consent to receiving these communications via WhatsApp. You may opt out by contacting the event organizers.

9. Cookies and Tracking

The App uses session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies. No personal data is shared with advertising networks.

The App is intended for use by conference delegates and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
